If you’re not eating at Chile Chicken Nashville Hot Chicken, are you even living right?! Just had the chicken sandwich with green chile stew and 3 tenders, and I swear my taste buds saw the light. The flavors? Ridiculously good. The chicken is crispy perfection, the green chile stew is pure New Mexico comfort, and the tenders are so good they should have their own fan club. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better... THE BREAD PUDDING. Heavenly. Soft, rich, slightly sinful—definitely a guilty pleasure worth every bite. Don’t skip it. You’ll regret it forever. Huge shoutout to Asianna, who welcomed us with a warm smile and answered all our questions like a total pro. You can tell she’s got a huge heart—she made the whole experience even better. The vibe is cozy, super clean, and just the right kind of chill. This place is chef’s kiss from start to finish. Run, don’t walk. Chile Chicken is the real deal!

This place sits in the middle of Albuquerque somehow upholding the tradition of NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN. Everything was absolutely delicious and steaming hot. Offering us milk to go with the spicy bites was thoughtful. Try some banana pudding, and don't forget to take advantage of free refills. The waffle was even delicious, crispy outside, fluffy inside. I will be back! UPDATE: Came back for the fish sandwich and yes, still perfect.

Oh wow! Ordered the #1 combo(leg & thigh)medium heat. Chicken is fire!!! Coleslaw is fresh & delicious. Also ordered a Chicken sandwich combo. Now that's a tasty chicken sandwich! Got the green chili cheese fries bomb! Their house sauce that comes on the sandwich bomb!Friendly staff, helped us choose a tasty meal. Definitely coming back & trying something else from their menu.

Nice menu choices, options. Customer service was friendly, on point. They care about their customers here. Food was delicious, perfectly cooked, served hot to my table. Unlimited drinks was also a nice thing, as I was able to enjoy 2 cups of iced tea. I am glad I made the drive into Albuquerque to try this place, and will definitely stop here again!

This place is fabulous!! We have been here a couple of times now and I LOVE the catfish. The chicken is delicious, of course, but there are not many places that have such crispy and delicious catfish. The staff are wonderful and the place is always clean. I HIGHLY suggest!!

Good hot Chile chicken. If you can handle the heat you must try the cluckin hot tenders. Very hot and very delicious. I like to add butter to the corn.

I went with a friend and we got the chicken sandwich combo medium spice with Mac and cheese and the catfish sandwich medium with okra and an extra side of mash w/ white gravy as it's made in house. We also got an order of banana pudding. I enjoyed everything except the mac and cheese was a little over cooked, flavorless, and dry for my liking but the okra was SUPER delicious. The mash was lumpy and not smooth which I don't mind but some people don't like that texture so just putting it out there and the white gravy did have good flavor. Both the chicken and the catfish were fresh made, and juicy. My friend personally thought the coleslaw was too sweet for her but I enjoyed it and she said she would deffo come back and order again without the coleslaw. The banana pudding was amazing, I should have ordered more. It all came to 43 and change before tip wanted to mention the medium spice flavor had very little spice, I'll go up at least 2 heat levels next time, the only reason I didn't go spicier is because we were sharing and my friend doesn't like too hot. Overall great experience and I'll be back.
